Running a retreat is logistics. Beds in the right configuration, a room that works for a full-day session, food that arrives on time, and something for the group to do at four o'clock. We hold all of it on eight acres, so you are not driving between a hotel, a meeting space, and dinner.

HAUS ON THE HILL
Leadership teams and small intensives that want the door closed.
The bascamp for your retreat. A private two-story home with indoor meeting/gathering space on its own hillside with panoramic fjord views. Three bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, observation decks, private jacuzzi, fire pits and sauna. The HOTH can host between 18-50 guests depending on the layout and up to 100 for a wedding/event.
MID-SIZE GROUPS - 10 TO 40 GUESTS
LODGE, SUITES & CABINS
King and queen rooms in the lodge, modern micro-cabins (Coho Cabins) in the forest, and one- and two-bedroom suites with stocked kitchenettes and private decks. Pet-friendly units available.

LARGE GROUPS - FULL BUYOUT
THE WHOLE RESORT
No other guests, no shared spaces, no schedule but yours.
Take the whole resort: every room and cabin, the Haus on the Hill, thirty-seven full-hookup RV sites, the clubhouse, gazebo dining, and eight acres of waterfront to program however you like.
WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS
The Glen has multiple meeting rooms for groups and breakout spaces both indoor and outdoor. When the group needs air we can host events on a dock overlooking Hood Canal, in forest clearings, and the covered deck at Haus on the Hill. Meals happen in the clubhouse or under the gazebo. The Crew can coordinate catering, outings, and the shape of your agenda.

AFTERNOONS OFF THE AGENDA
We can arrange guided outings for your group, or leave the block open. Olympic National Park, Staircase Rapids, and Lake Cushman are all within thirty minutes.
ON PROPERTY
Waterfront jacuzzi, hiking trail and creek, observation decks, dock and marina, dog run, grass meadow, bonfire evenings.
ON THE WATER
Fishing and boating on Hood Canal, diving, shellfish harvesting, and a shellfish farm tour with local growers.

E-motorcycle riding tours for your group, plus trips with our local tour partners around the Olympic Peninsula.

HOW MANY GUESTS CAN YOU HOST?
Groups from six guests up to a full property buyout. Between the lodge, cabins, suites, Haus on the Hill, and thirty-seven RV sites, we can sleep large groups on site and seat everyone for meals.
IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?
Most group bookings are two nights or more, especially on summer weekends. Single-night events are possible depending on the season. We are happy to work with you in crafting the best experience.

DO YOU HANDLE FOOD?
We can coordinate catering and can arrange meals in the clubhouse or gazebo dining area. Cabins and suites have stocked kitchenettes, if your group prefers to cook.
IS THE WI-FI GOOD ENOUGH FOR A WORKING SESSION?
Yes, one gig Wi-Fi throughout the resort, along with craft coffee in the lobby.
